Stir fry

I don't know about you, but at our home, we love a good stir-fry.
I normally go the really easy route and buy the Panda Express sauce and frozen stir fry veggies.
But seeing as we are trying to eat a little healthier and save a little cash, I wanted to find a new recipe.

I found this stir fry and thought, "What the heck?"
It may have also had to do something with the word "spring" in it.
I don't know, maybe because I am in need of the actual season!
I was a bit skeptical to try it because it doesn't have much of a sauce to it.
We like LOTS of sauce on our stir frys.
So I doubled the sauce just in case.
And added onions instead of scallions (didn't have any on hand)
It was so good.
Fresh.
Crisp veggies.
Just a hint of the lime.
Even the hubs liked it!
The great thing about this recipe is that you could probably use whatever veggies you have on hand.
I also think next time I would triple the sauce recipe.

I didn't take any pictures.
It got ate really fast.
